J.F. EVANS, INC. has been a family owned and operated company since 1961. Our goal is to provide our customers with prompt, reliable service, whether it is an envelope or a multi-ton piece of equipment.

We are located in Branchburg, NJ, and primarily service New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, New England, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland and Virginia. We can also transport material to other parts of the country. Other services that we can provide include warehousing, rigging, hoisting, and general freight deliveries. We pride ourselves on being able to accomplish the job, no matter how large or difficult the task.

J.F. EVANS, INC. has a full array of vehicles and equipment to get the job done. Straight, box trucks with air ride, lift and tuck away gates, side door for deliveries into alley-way loading zones, air ride tractors and trailers, some with lift gates. All trucks come with E Tracking making it easier to strap and secure your load. Trailers come in different lengths and flatbed trailers also available.

We have extensive experience delivering to trade shows, including at the Javitz Convention Center in New York City, and can handle both prompt delivery as well as the crating of your trade show booth and materials.

J.F. EVANS, INC. can also be trusted with your most valuable and fragile merchandise. We have performed successful pick-up and delivery of auction lots, including deliveries to art houses and galleries. Whether your freight is an industrial HVAC unit or a precious piece of art, we will get it to its destination safely, securely and in time.

Our fleet includes vans for smaller deliveries, good for getting into and out of New York City - an area in which we specialize. We also have 4x4 vehicles for inclement weather or for difficult terrain.

We can also provide fork trucks, hand trucks (heavy and light duty) with air tires, appliance carriers, dollies, pallet jacks and other moving equipment. Storage facilities are available and, for larger jobs, rigging and crane service is available.
